Mr. Bill Buterman is a founding Partner of Axcess Capital Partners Inc. and the Axcess Capital Group of Companies based in Calgary, Alberta.

Bill was a Managing Partner of Inter Group, founded in 1992 in Alberta. A Financial Consulting/Real Estate Funding and Mortgage Brokerage company extensively involved in commercial and multi- residential real estate projects in Western Canada and the South Western USA.

Mr. Buterman has lectured extensively in Finance, Real Estate Finance, and Mortgages at universities, colleges, and for private organizations.

Trevor Stott, CA

Mr. Trevor Stott is a founding partner in the Axcess Capital Group of Companies, with over 30 years experience in public practice and consulting, including 10 years in his own CA practice. His clients included real estate developers and builders.

Trevor also has 10 years experience in senior positions in small to medium sized corporations and in the banking industry.

He has been involved in strategic acquisitions and financing, both equity and debt, within the Calgary oil and gas industry. Trevor has also held CFO positions in private and public companies, (reporting issuers to the SEC, TSE and ASC).

Trevor has been personally involved in commercial land assembly and development, as well as multi-family development and rental operations.
